LIST OF ASSETS (INVENTORY, VEHICLE/MACHINERIES, FURNITURE, OTHERS)

Construction Tool & Supply.Co had assets and equipment such as inventory, furniture, equipment, vehicles and others. The list of assets and equipment is shown in figure below :-

Other assets such as land, building and storage are decided to rent first. However, the assets will hope to increase in future. The financial will arrange according to the tools that supply by company. The start up cost is high compare to the operating cost. However, the operating cost will be rise if there are problems occurs of maintenance process.

Figure below show the layout of plan view for building of our company. All the equipment and asset is setting out based on each position. The administration is located at the 1st floor while the storage is located at ground floor to make the process of storing easier.
