PRODUCTION / SERVICES PROCESS

The services or the process of production start at order the tools to the main suppliers. The orders are made twice a month when the stocks are decrease to 50% storage or depend on the item needed. Next, all the stock will be store at storage then distribute and delivery based on invoice. In the production, there might be a problem between the stages of process such as:

SUPPLIERS PRICES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

Basically, we get the product direct through from the main production. This condition make easier to us to get cheaper for the cost prices of the product. Thus, we take in a big amount of product. Our company have make an agreement due to making order from them because this important to ensure them to supply the product to us on time. They also admit to replaced fro any damaged/break down product when our customers are unsatisfied. Our suppliers include of:

However, when the product cannot get rom the main production we have an alternative to cover or back up these problems. Thus, we have make a colaboration with the others supplier or the competitors in Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur & Johor. The agreement will be make with them in order to avoid any problems occured. Not only that, every company will get their own benefit from the selling of this product.

QUALITY CONTROL

a) TIME

• Propose punch card system in order to make sure our workers are punctual on time when arrived to office. It will be re-installed in each month. Be the one for Financial Department to calculate salary monthly.

b) ATTIRE

• This system operates to make sure for the Admin Department wears professional attire. Meanwhile, every workers in the Operation Department wearing the company t-shirt. It is important to ensure the tidiness and sorting the workers by attire.

c) ATTITUDE

• Our company has provided a seminar programme for every worker to develop their soft skill to make sure quality in business always maintained. The programme will be held twice in year.

d) QUALIFICATION

• For management team, candidate who has high qualification is need in our company. At same time, must have 5 years work experiences.

LOCATION OF PREMISE

The right location and premise may be a business concern for new or expanding enterprises. Therefore, in this supplying business the location of the main office and storage are in Semambu Industrial area, Kuantan. The main office is function as a head to take full responsibility for the operation success. All the order of tools and equipment from main supplying or client will be made in the head office. The main office includes leader of business unit and our staff as well as all functions to manage the business unit and operational activities.

The location of the head office and storage at Lot 148, Jalan Industri Semambu 9, Semambu Industri Estate, 25350 Kuantan, Pahang. This is because, the location are strategic which it is an industrial area and near to Kuantan town.

OPERATING PLAN COST

LIST OF ASSETS (INVENTORY, VEHICLE/MACHINERIES, FURNITURE, OTHERS)

Construction Tool & Supply.Co had assets and equipment such as inventory, furniture, equipment, vehicles and others. The list of assets and equipment is shown in figure below :-

Other assets such as land, building and storage are decided to rent first. However, the assets will hope to increase in future. The financial will arrange according to the tools that supply by company. The start up cost is high compare to the operating cost. However, the operating cost will be rise if there are problems occurs of maintenance process.

Figure below show the layout of plan view for building of our company. All the equipment and asset is setting out based on each position. The administration is located at the 1st floor while the storage is located at ground floor to make the process of storing easier.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SECURE PROCESS

Our business does not have any special requirements. This is because; we do not produce the product ourselves. We just supply the finish product to the customer. In order to run our business, we need storage area to store the stock of our product. The stock is supply by supplier and they will update the quantity of tools every month. The store will be having two security guard that responsible to observe the store and prevent it from stolen.

Besides, the store will be also having closed-circuit television (CCTV) to make sure the storage area is safe to sore our stock. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, limited set of monitors. CCTV is very useful to observe any situation if our product is missing or being stolen. CCTV is one of the best methods to keep our storage area safe.

SOURCE OF HAND TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS AND TERMS NEGOTIATED WITH SUPPLIER

We have chosen a few of supplires that will supply us all the hand tools and equipment that we need to run our business. We try to achieve our customer needs by supply all the hand tools and equipment that they ned. Therefore, we have many supplier for our company. After decide the supplier of our company, we sign the agreement and discuss the terms that related to our business. One of the term that have been negotiated is the supplier will supply the hand tools and equipment to us with cost price. This is an advantage to us because we can get more profit when we supply the hand tools and equipment.

Besides, the suppliers also agree to change the tools that damage to a new one. When the equipment that our customers receive cannot be use, the supplier will help us to send technician from their company if our company can not solve the problem. However, the cost of repair will be calculated as part of service to our company. Therefore, we do not need to support the cost of repair.

PROCESS OF SUPPLY FROM OUR COMPANY TO CUSTOMERS

As a supplier, we do not have to use so much time to produce our product. The products that have been supply by our supplier will send to our customer. We just need to package the hand tools and equipment so that our customer will recognize us as successful supplier. Therefore, they will contact us next time if they want to buy another hand tools and equipment.

The process will be started by the production of hand tools and equipment by our supplier. Then, they will supply the ready tools and equipment to us. After that, we package the hand tools and equipment by the pattern of our company. Lastly, we will supply the hand tools and equipment that have been package to our customer.

If the rush orders occur, we will try to provide as many hand tools that we can. Then, we will also ask help from our supplier to provide the hand tools and equipment as soon as possible. Normally, we need to order the tools and equipment early. But, if rush orders occur, the process of order will be more simple to make sure customer get their tools and equipment on time.
